As a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator I teach group courses that foster community as well as one-on-one birth classes with individual families, allowing for personalized curriculum.

My classes are filled with interactive lessons, exciting games, and varied forms of information presentation to help you to build and feel confident with your birth plan, and remember the details when you really need them - in labor.
