Years of dance wore heavily on my body, causing chronic pain that lead me to think that my body had limitations that would keep me from moving as I always thought I would. I have found, however, that it is again movement that has helped me to recover and find confidence in the strength that my body has. It is this confidence that I aim to help my clients feel in their own bodies.

Through Pilates and functional movement, my clients deepen their body awareness, understand their personal movement patterns, and address imbalances. Drawing on anatomical and biomechanical concepts, we work together to build a framework within which each individual can feel strong and confident in their bodies, in spite of past trauma or injury.

I want people on the pregnancy spectrum to feel comfortable throughout their pregnancies, strong during labor, and healthy postpartum. I can bring my vast knowledge, along with helpful props, into your home in order to help you have an awesome transition into motherhood.

I’ll bring the workout to you! Using a combination of Pilates and Functional Movements, we can deepen your mind-body connection to address imbalances and help with injury prevention and recovery. If you provide the mat and some space, I’ll provide the rest.
